Deadline is October 10th (this Wednesday) for USA Pears Pear cocktail contest. There’s a $1000 grand prize, not to mention the notoriety of being featured in Imbibe Magazine!
In case you were wondering, yes, my entry is complete. It involves rum, some classic liqueurs, and, made right, emphasizes all the goodness of a rich, fully ripe Bartlett pear. I’ll be sure to post it on Thursday.
Meanwhile, time also runs out, this Thursday, on The Spirit World, for their Raiders of the Lost Cocktail contest, this month, the first month, featuring Strega.
