		<description>Sounds like a great week. You visited some of my favorites (Teardrop, Apizza Scholl's, Huber's, Thatch) and given me a couple of suggestions for the next time I'm out and around. 

Slightly off-topic, but, is Portland in the midst of a Luxardo Maraschino shortage? I'm dry and have hit three liquor stores to check (although not Uptown, yet)</description>

Here's that muddled fig recipe:

2 oz fig-infused bourbon
1 sugar cube
1 fig
dash(es to taste) Regan's Orange Bitters
Seltzer

Soak the sugar cube with Regan's Orange Bitters to taste and muddle with fig in single rocks glass. Add ice, bourbon, and top with seltzer.</description>
